DESCRIPTION - WHAT IT DOES
• Adds a new weapon into the game. Scream of Angmar (Iron through Daedric).
• It can be looted at the Bandit tower overlooking Riverwood.
• Upgraded with your Smithing skills from Iron to Daedric.
• Tempered at a Sharpening Wheel.
• No Enchantments applied by default, so you can enchant it as you see fit. Tempered with Arcane Blacksmith if enchanted.
