Changes Saadia's name to Iman after she reveals her true identity to you in In My Time of Need.
"I am not the person that the people of Whiterun think I am. My name is Iman. I am a noble of House Suda in Hammerfell."
When Saadia says this line, her name changes to Iman, reflecting that you now know something personal about her that others in Whiterun do not.
The quest journal has been updated to refer to her as such in all quest stages after the reveal.
If you never do the quest (and therefore never learn her true identity) her name will never change.
Does not directly touch Saadia at all, so is completely compatible with all replacers and content additions for her.

Requires a new save to work properly, but if you'd like to install mid-game, you simply need to use the following console commands:
Click on Saadia in the console, then type:
ssq ms08
Press Enter, then type:
forcerefintoalias imanrename
Press Enter once more, and her name should be changed.
