RMB SPCH - Winter is Coming Cloaks

RMB SkyPatched - adapts "Winter is Coming SSE - Cloaks" to use SkyPatcher, hooking into my RMB SPIDifed - Core Framework for maximum compatibility.

It doesn't require SPID itself, but does require my framework due to the shared ESP/resources, which allows

for indirect integration into SPID patches built on it.

• No need for compatibility patches for most mods - such as: AI Overhaul, Immersive Jewelry, Survival Mode, and more!

• Removes all direct edits to vanilla leveled lists, NPCs, and outfits

• Converts "Winter is Coming SSE - Cloaks" into an ESL flagged ESP, compacting all FormIDs

• Introduces SkyPatcher configs to distribute the cloaks into a shared leveled list framework. These shared leveled lists are then distributed to vanilla leveled lists, outfits, NPCs and/or to SPID outfits

• Compatible with Cloaks of Skyrim if you use RMB SPCH - Cloaks of Skyrim

• Frostfall, Survival and other keywords

• No more patches needed for NPC distribution! Integration is to be refined and improved as SPID mods using my framework integrate the core LLIs into the outfits

• Install Winter is Coming - SSE

• Install SkyPatcher, RMB SPID - Core, and (recommended) Spell Perk Item Distributor. See requirements for links and details

• If desired, install HDT-SMP

Chance for Cloaks (default: 35% chance for no cloak)

Location: Core\SKSE\Plugins\SkyPatcher\leveledList\Chances\CloakChances.ini

By default there is a 35% chance of no cloak being assigned. You can adjust the value to 0, for example, to force cloaks to always be distributed.
