This is a mod I put a lot of energy in.  I used to be an Army veteran and I used to work in a G6 which in a nutshell is a General's IT staff.  Working in that position you learn one of the key things about leadership which is "delegation."  An important part of delegation and not just supervising but monitoring the process and improving the process.  The other key thing about leadership is leaders have to make decisions.  They may not be the greatest decision, but it is still a decision none the less.

This mod expands Imperial Legion roleplay by adding deep, evolving dialogue to General Tullius and Legate Rikke, built around a custom promotion system that treats rank as responsibility, not decoration.

You don’t just fight for the Empire.  You rise within it.

Promotion System Overview

Your dialogue, authority, and treatment evolve as you advance through the Legion.

Each rank unlocks new responses, recognition, and expectations.

Each rank is based on the stages of RTIAImperiialogueRankQuest.  The below is the ranks and the stages just in case you are curious.

Ranks (Lowest to Highest):

[]Recruitment (Stage 0)

You are not yet a member of the Imperial Legion.[/]

[]Recruit (Stage 10)

You’ve enlisted and completed your initial induction into Imperial service.[/]

[]Legionary (Stage 20)

Earned after delivering the Jagged Crown.Special dialogue included if you previously sided with the Stormcloaks and defected.[/]

[]Decanus (Stage 30)

Awarded after delivering the letter to Whiterun. You are now a frontline leader with soldiers depending on you.[/]

[]Centurion (Stage 40)

Earned after the Battle of Whiterun. You command formations and outcomes, not just orders.[/]

[*]Legate (Stage 50)

Granted after the Reunification of Skyrim, but before the Battle of Windhelm. You now operate at the level of regional command
