She's from the anime/game series Fate Stay. I never got into this show so I don't know much about it except that there's magic people who summon other people to fight like pokemon or something. I've seen a few clips and the fighting looks cool though. To fit her into the world of TES, she's just a regular assassin person with some magic powers. Since she's also named Medusa, I gave her a paralyze spell.

Rider has been an assassin for hire most of her life. After completing contract after contract, leading an unfulfilled life of violence, she has decided to seek out a more meaningful life looking for a worthy adventurer to fight along side of.

Rider would also like to eventually settle down and maybe even get married and start a family. Maybe she'll eventually get her wish.
