It's a fix made by my own for Revenge Of the Enemies 2016 -- 100% Created by MyEvergreenHometown - Base in 1. 95 and 2. 20 Version

Several Tweaks and Change:
- Now Works with USSEP (Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch) - HARD REQUIREMENT.
- Fix Double Frost Shout Spell.
- Halldiir Mystique Spell now have a long duration effect, rather than has permanent Effect.
- Fix some Dragon Priest Spell.
- Nameless (Dragonpriest) Body (Skeleton) and Name now rollback to his original name (Otar The Mad).
- Etc... (Forget) :)

New Patch for E:
- Remove Double Health for Dragon and Guard. it's avoid unbalance issues with another dragon or Civil War mod.
- Fix Dark Face Bug Issues and Missing some Dragon sound while they shouting.
This mods also change Miraak Combat, Because his rarely Use a Shout (like his own title The First Dragonborn) in final battle. and I made his spell similar before and after he became a follower. Also became inspiration of my mods "Miraak Dragonborn Follower Modified". originally made by transientfaith.
