📋 About This Mod
Basic (very basic) mesh fixes for various mods that I use, or have downloaded to patch or try out at some point.
Mostly I just run things through Sniff.exe, it picks up a surprising amount especially with old meshes (as well as correcting texture file path errors and things). I'm not an expert with meshes, I just saw a reduction in CTDs so figured it did something useful.
I'm only uploading the changed files, you'll usually still need at least some of the original mod's files. I am including the changelog with all new uploads (a few of the original ones still need changelogs), so you can check what has been fixed and if it even matters.
You can get the same result by using Sniff on your data folder, but you'll have to unpack everything in BSAs by hand to fix things (I'm still working my way through my data folder!). I'd recommend getting Sniff just for all the mods which don't have open permissions, I've got a whole folder of meshes I can't share.
These changes shouldn't break anything. At worst, they'll do nothing. I'm trying to cull the most useless changes as I go, but short of editing every mesh one at a time, I'm going to miss a few. If you have another mod that has edited specific meshes directly, it should probably win, as they probably made some more intentional fixes.
Changelogs are included in all but the very first few uploads (which are either on the 'recheck' list, or will be added in the misc files if I don't need to re-upload any other changes).
Moved to their own pages:
I've moved some of these meshes to new mod pages, as I'm trying to check for mesh fixes anyway with any patches I make. There isn't much difference between each download currently, but I'll probably slowly remove the files from this page when I update things, unless I realise I can organise everything better another way. Any new fixes will go to the new page.

Cliff Racers on Solstheim ESLified
Let Cats Hunt Rats - Urban Wildlife for Skyrim - any small animal mods I already have to patch usually gets its mesh fixes added to the Standalone Patch FOMOD.
Permissions:
I don't own these files and my fixes are pretty basic, most of the work involved is just organising everything. If you find them useful for something else, go for it (credit is nice, but crediting the original author is more important).
I'm trying not to upload files with closed permissions. My patch collection is chaotic and varied, and I get distracted easily, so I expect I'll make a mistake eventually. If you are a mod author who sees something that shouldn't be uploaded, please drop me a comment (I am very bad at actually reading private messages unfortunately, anxiety is fun!).

✅ Pros
- Solid download count (64,511) shows it's been useful to a lot of players.
- Covers both vanilla Skyrim and mods, so it's versatile.
- Last updated recently (Oct 2025), so it's still maintained.
⚠️ Cons
- Only 244 endorsements compared to downloads, so it's not heavily praised.
- No specific list of fixes, so you might not know if it addresses your issue.
- Compatibility risk: since it touches many mods, it might conflict with other mesh mods.
For Skyrim players who notice visual glitches like broken meshes or missing textures and want a quick fix. Also for mod users who want to patch common issues across multiple mods. Skip if you're looking for major graphical overhauls—this is just basic fixes.
