Mod Overview
This mod allows sneak killmoves to occur in Requiem.
Why are sneak killmoves (seemingly) disabled in vanilla requiem?
Killmoves in Skyrim are bugged. They should only trigger when a hit would kill your target, but the game ignores armor when making this calculation. As a result, killmoves can trigger and kill the target even if the hit wasn't actually going to kill.
Requiem addresses this by adding a health percentage threshold for killmoves which prevents them from triggering on NPCs at full health. It's a good workaround, but it unfortunately makes stealth killmoves very rare.
This mod just removes the health threshold for stealth killmoves, so they occur again.

[]NPCs with the "Vexing Flanker" Perk will still be immune as is consistent with how the perk functions.[/]Note: This does not fix the underlying bug of killmoves ignoring armor. Install only if you understand that limitation and, like me, just want your stealth killmoves back.
