Divine blessings are generally simplified into 2 standard buffs, 1 scaling buff, and 1 capstone buff. The divines tend to disallow crime.
Daedric blessings are generally simplified into 1 standard buff, 1 scaling buff, 1 capstone buff, and 1 detriment. The daedra generally require at least 1 murder. Daedra are petty and disallow you from working with specific other daedric princes.
All blessings can be chosen via the 'Choose Blessings' power acquired on creation of a new character. Daedric blessings can be found at their respective shrines, which tend to be rather difficult places to get to.
