📋 About This Mod
A little mod that removed the invisible walls around some objects like the whiterun walls the solitude DB Escape Bridge
This has all been done in SSEdit.
What i done in the esp is put all of the collision markers values to 0, this allows you to get around some of the barriers that are placed in some areas like the golden glow quest island.
There may be some that shouldn't be set to 0 but going though and looking at all of them in CK is a pain and all the other markers and objects get in the way so i can't really see them at all.
Now the Esp only gets rid of most of them but there are still meshes that has them as well.
I know why they put the barriers there but i found them annoying so i got rid of them. There may be some invisible walls that are intentional and should not be removed but its minor.
This does work with open cites, now you can jump into whiterun without using the gate. What a rebel.
There are still bigger collision on some meshes so u wont be able to get pass everything that, and some meshes dont even have collision of some parts of them so you will clip and fall into it.
Theres a couple of meshes that conflicts with SMIN and Enhanced Textures Detail (UV-Tweaks)...
I would recommend putting this at the very bottom of the load order.
Removes invisible collision barriers around objects like Whiterun walls and the Solitude DB Escape Bridge in Skyrim Special Edition. Edited via SSEdit to zero out collision markers, allowing players to bypass barriers and jump into cities. Compatible with Open Cities, but may conflict with SMIM and Enhanced Textures Detail meshes. 481 endorsements, last updated February 2017.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 481 endorsements and over 12k downloads
- Gives you that rebel feeling of jumping into Whiterun without the gate
- Simple concept, does exactly what it says—removes annoying invisible walls
⚠️ Cons
- Some invisible walls are intentional and may be removed, causing minor issues
- Conflicts with SMIM and Enhanced Textures Detail (UV-Tweaks) meshes
- Not all barriers are removed; some meshes still have collision or lack collision, leading to clipping
For Skyrim players who hate invisible walls and want to explore freely, especially those using Open Cities. If you're a purist who wants to keep every barrier intact, skip this. It's a niche tweak for immersion and freedom.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Place this mod at the very bottom of your load order to minimize conflicts with other mods.
- If you use SMIM or Enhanced Textures Detail, be aware of mesh conflicts—test in-game to see if any objects look wrong.
- For Open Cities users, you can jump into Whiterun without the gate—try it out for a fun alternative entry.
