Introduction
Removes facial dirt from many NPC's (let me know if I missed any). Exceptions were made for NPC's like prisoners, murder victims, hunters, adventurers, bandits and afflicted. Replaces tintmasks and rough face textures. Facegen data was generated and included to make the change show ingame.
