RE-GeneRation (REGR) reworks how Health, Stamina, and Magicka regenerates for all npcs, including the player.
Options are included for:

]Slow Regeneration[]No Regeneration (Hardcore)
[]Vanilla (No Change)
Current regen options for Humans, Horses, Beast Races, Vampires, Werewolves, and Vampire Lords. Mix and Match different configurations to suite your game.
You can also change the values in the .ini to whatever you want if you're not satisfied with my presets in the fomod.
REGR is espless so its safe to install/uninstall anytime.
