As the title suggests it's just Raid Weathers but with volumetric lighting enabled. I suggest loading the plugin after RAID's main plugin otherwise the mod will have no effect.
I also just used vanilla values so if you find the volumetrics to be too intense you can change the highlighted value shown in the image provided for each weather in xedit.
Suggested Plugin Load Order if used in conjunction with other RAID Mods -
RAID Weathers.esp
RAID Weathers - lower saturation.esp (load in any order after the main plugin)
RAID Weathers - Volumetrics Enabled.esp (load in any order after the main plugin)
Raid Weathers - Vanilla Night.esp OR
raid nights.esp
