Racemenu Rotation with Gamepad Support NG

A fork of Racemenu Rotation with Gamepad Support by thewyrmking95.

While using this, i had a crash pointing to the original mod. Looking as the source, I found and addressed the following issues:

• []Game crash fix: The mod was doing unnecessary work every frame that could corrupt game memory, causing crashes especially in dungeons and during combat. [/]

  []Gamepad rotation stuck on: Once you rotated with the thumbstick, the game thought you were still rotating even after letting go. Now it correctly stops when you release the stick.[/]

  []Rotation persisting after closing menu: After closing the character creation screen, the rotation state wasn't being cleaned up. This could cause unexpected behaviour when switching back to normal gameplay. Now resets properly on close.[/]

  []Gamepad rotation never actually worked: The thumbstick input was being stored in the wrong variable, meaning gamepad rotation was actually being driven by mouse data. Now correctly uses thumbstick input.[/]

  []Missing null check: The mod could crash if the player character wasn't fully loaded when the menu opened. Added a safety check to prevent this.[/]

  I've tested with both a new game as well as with an existing save and didn't get any issues. If you hit an issue/incompatibility feel free to reach out :)
