📋 About This Mod
Description
A while back, I created an optional file for my mod, Worldspace Transition Tweaks, which adds pseudoloaddoors to cities.
Unfortunately, as said file was very buggy, it didn't warrant a seperate release.
Then, a fellow mod author, RavenKZP, kindly volunteered to fix these issues. He worked very hard and eventually it got ready for release.
What does this mod do?
This mod offers an alternative to mods like Open Cities. Instead of moving the walled cities into the Skyrim worldspace, this mod instead adds pseudoloaddoors to the borders of cities.
To keep things simply, if you jump/climb over the walls of a city, you will be transported to the relevant position inside the corresponding walled city.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (483,755) shows tons of players trust this mod
- Solid endorsement ratio (331) indicates it works as advertised
- Seamless city entry is a game-changer for immersion—no more staring at loading screens
⚠️ Cons
- Requires Worldspace Transition Tweaks as a dependency, so you need to grab that first
- Last updated in March 2025—might not be compatible with the latest Skyrim patches if you've updated recently
- Only affects walled cities, so other locations still have normal loading screens
For Skyrim players who hate loading screens and want a more immersive open-world feel when entering major cities. If you're a modder who already uses Worldspace Transition Tweaks, this is a no-brainer. Skip if you don't care about city entry transitions or if you're on a strict vanilla playthrough.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you install Worldspace Transition Tweaks first, then this mod, and load them in that order in your mod manager.
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or MO2, let it handle the file placement—manual install can cause conflicts with other city overhauls.
- Check your load order after installing to ensure no other mods override the city door records; use LOOT to sort if needed.
