📋 About This Mod
PROJECT COUGAR presents:
Project Cougar is a mod collaboration by NightmareZone and Canliberk for the wonderful Immersive & Adult collection.
Our vision is to replace the elder women of Skyrim to be better looking but still mature.
No scary melted wax ladies.
No more ugly granny hats.
Skyrim belongs to the Cougars now.
This mod will replace Hafjorg in Riften.
Light Plugins so it won't eat into your limit.
She has her own face details, but she will have the skin you have installed.
(I am using BnP Female Skin)

INSTALL:
There are two versions now available under main files (see gallery for example of changes).
Download whichever one you prefer, and then install.
IMPORTANT - for those updating from 1. 0 to 2. 0:
You will need to regenerate/fix any patches which affect this mod. There are changes in the esp to reduce the chance of random conflicts and also to make it much simpler for users to merge the .esps if they wish to do so (eg. VR users). The original cougar file will remain on Nexus untouched and still fully supported by us - updating isn't necessary if you do not want to. But if you do, be aware that a patch for 1. 1 won't work the same with 2. 0. I know it's sort of a pain and I apologize! This will be the only update of this nature for this mod, and it's really for the best in terms of avoiding compatibility issues, even if it's briefly inconvenient. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Project Cougar - Hafjorg is a standalone NPC replacer that transforms Hafjorg from Elgrim's Elixirs in Riften into a cougar-like character. With over 2,000 endorsements and 1.1 million downloads, it's a popular cosmetic mod for Skyrim players seeking a distinctive look for a minor NPC. Last updated in January 2023, it remains a community favorite.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (1.1M) shows tons of players are using this
- 2,193 endorsements means the community really backs it
- Standalone design means no conflicts with other NPC overhauls
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in January 2023 — might not be compatible with the latest Skyrim patches
- Only affects one minor NPC, so it's a niche cosmetic change
For Skyrim players who want to spice up minor NPCs with a unique, animalistic twist. If you're into character overhauls and don't mind a single-NPC change, this is a fun addition. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or a full NPC overhaul.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's standalone, just drop the files into your Data folder or use a mod manager — no patches needed.
- Check your load order to ensure it doesn't conflict with other mods that edit Hafjorg — though being standalone, it should be fine.
- If you're using a mod manager, preview the mod in-game to see if the cougar look fits your aesthetic.
