Allows Telvanni Hybrid Armor to be tempered
The Telvanni Hybrid Armor is simply too awesome looking not to be used so I created this temper patch to make it more usable.
I want to make, and add, some light Dwarven boots and gloves to match the armor. I am not very good with textures and I find the first person clipping to be very frustrating so we shall see how that goes.
If the boots and gloves are not added by January, then it will never get done.
