Precision - NPC Combat Fix

Description

TL; DR: Teaches Skyrim npcs how to properly aim up and down to hit people.

Skyrim NPCs are dumb, they dont know you have precision installed and how precision works. So they keep their vanilla behavior, but this comes with a problem. In vanilla, you dont really need to aim to hit enemies up or down, the hitbox is always there. But with precision installed, you actually need to aim now. So they struggle like this:

See right there? Sven's blade swung in a horizontal arc at eye level, in vanilla Skyrim, It Just Works. But with precision installed, you really want to swing like this:

Look! Sven learned how to properly face the opponent. :)

  []When aiming, NPCs will try to bend their body as little as possible and target the closest enemy body part, extra intelligence!

Installation

This mod is a SKSE plugin, so you need AddressLib and SKSE installed.

This mod also contains behavior modifications, so you need to run Pandora/Nemesis after dropping it in MO2
