Model and texture replacer for the elder scrolls and elder council amulet.
Textures are available in 4K/2K and 1K.
The model has animated spinning parts, with a slightly different animation for when Serana's carrying her elder scroll.
The gems use multi-layer parallax and have a pulsating glow effect along with an animated FX.
There is also a main menu replacer option i made because i liked Hellstorm102's elder scroll main menu idea.
