📋 About This Mod

Revision of the Pothead mod by RoseDaemon. Fixes FormIDs. Adds crafting recipes. Utilizes SkyPatcher for compatibility with skooma mods.

Description:

Revision of the plugin from the Pothead mod. Fixed some FormIDs that prevent saving the plugin with the ESL flag. The plugin is already flagged as ESL but modifying and saving it will show an ESL error and won't save.

Adds armor rating and tempering recipes for Cast Iron Pot Helmet. Adds crafting recipes for unenchanted version.

Removed the overwrites of the Ingestibles records that add the drugged effect to skooma and the Quest record that adds a perk to the player and replaced by SkyPatcher configs.

Requirements:

Install Pothead, install this mod, confirm overwrite. This mod will replace Pothead's plugin.

If you already have Pothead installed make a clean save without it

- Uninstall Pothead

- Load game

- Go indoors

- Save in a new slot

- Reinstall Pothead

- Install this mod

- Play game (you need to get the cast iron pot helmet again)

Cast Iron Pot Helmet

Heavy Armor. Material Iron. Can be upgraded without Arcane Blacksmith after enchanting.

Cannot be enchanted or disenchanted.

Enchantment

Under the Influence - Weapon damage and damage resistance increase by 50% while under the effects of drugs.

A perk is added to the player that gives 50% more damage with melee and archery weapons and negates 50% of physical and magic damage, similar effect to Dragonhide spell, while the Cast Iron Pot Helmet is equipped and under the effects of the Sleeping Tree Drugged effect.

Items that will trigger this effect:

Double-Distilled Skooma

Redwater Skooma

Sleeping Tree Sap

By default Sleeping Tree Sap and Redwater Skooma will give you the effect for 45 seconds. It blurs your screen and slows you down.

This effect is added to Skooma and Double-Distilled Skooma with SkyPatcher for compatibility with mods that modify those items.

Pot Helmet

Heavy Armor. Material Iron. Unenchanted version of Cast Iron Pot Helmet.

Same crafting recipe as Iron Helmet. Can be enchanted. Can be upgraded without Arcane Blacksmith perk.

Both helmets can be worn with circlets. This is how the original mod was designed.

Compatibility:

Any mod that removes the drugged effect from Sleeping Tree Sap and Redwater Skooma will prevent those items from triggering the helmet's effect.

The enchanted pot helmet is placed in an area North East of Crabber's Shanty and directly West of Robber's Gorge. Any mod that modifies that area will potentially cause a conflict.
