Patch for Nord Raven Battle Armor to work with SPID

As it states above, this is a small patch allowing SPID to distribute gearshout's Nord Raven Battle Armor. The ESPFE included contains outfit files for all three variations of the armor. No hood, hood down, and hood up. The included _DISTR.ini files will distribute all three of these variants as complete outfits plus individual armor pieces to the following NPC's:

- All non-unique, non-Vigilant of Stendarr, non-Thalmor, non-guard NPC's will have a 0. 7% chance of receiving one of the three armor variant sets.

- All NPC's in the vanilla bandit faction will have a 0. 7% chance of receiving one of the three armor variant sets.

- All non-unique, non-Vigilant of Stendarr, non-Thalmor, non-guard NPC's will have a 1% chance of receiving an individual piece of the armor

These values may seem low but remember, collectively, you will have just under a 5% chance of seeing at least one of the full sets if your mingling with random NPC's and fighting bandits while your playing. These values can of course be changed to your liking by simply opening the included _DISTR.ini file and changing the percentage at the end of the line:

The 0. 7 at the end is the percentage. Change the value to anything from 0. 1 to 100. That's it!
