INSTALLATION:
1) Install manually or using any mod manager.
2) Be sure that you have this settings in enbseries.ini file:
EnableComplexParticleLights=true
EnableBigRange=true
REQUIREMENTS:
An ENB preset to enable the particle lights effect.
