Adds a village to the west of Mzulft.
There is an inn, a general goods store, an apothecary, a vineyard, a house for the vineyard workers, guard barracks, a shrine to Reman and a small castle for the ruling thane. Also adds unique dialogue for all the npcs and 12 random scenes. There are no quests yet.
All lines of dialogue are voiced with ElevenLabs.
