📋 About This Mod

Adamant Addon

Overview:

Pactbinder is a small and simple addon for Adamant's Conjuration Skill Tree. This mod seeks to add some extra flavor to your necromancer experience with the addition of a Skeleton Crafting System. Similar to what you have seen with Ordinator, Path of Sorcery, Dead and Daedric Guardians, or Practical Necromancy.

Features:

  • []6 types of Skeletons for you to control and command!.[/]

[]The creation of Skeletons will level your Conjuration skill.[/]

[]Skeletons can be deconstructed at any moment, even after their death. Interact with them while holding Shift to quickly deconstruct them, returning some bones in the process.[/]

[]Holding a dagger and interacting with a corpse while holding Shift will quickly harvest a Corpse for its bones.[/]

[]Progressive Skeleton limit, starting with just one and ending up with an additional 3 Skeletons plus an Overlord![/]

[]A power to quickly command all your Skeletons. With orders such as Teleport, Follow, Wait, and Dismiss.[/]

[]Skeletons will slowly regenerate their Health when out of combat.[/]

Perks

  • []Dark Arts (20): Grants Assemble Skeleton and Gravecall to create and command skeletons from bones and soul gems. Harvest bones by interacting with a corpse with a dagger.[/]

[]Bountiful Harvest (40): Harvesting corpses and deconstructing skeletons yield more bones.[/]

[]Soul Bind (60): Black soul gems can be used to create stronger and more resilient skeletons.[/]

[]Undead Covenant (90): You can create three types of Overlord. Overlords empower nearby skeletons and possess unique abilities, but only one may be controlled at a time.[/]

[]Ossuary (60): You can control an additional Skeleton.[/]

[]Army of the Night (90): You can control an additional skeleton.[/]

It also makes a small edit to Chaos Binding, allowing it to grant the ability to Soul Trap enemies.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Tight integration with Adamant's Conjuration tree, so it feels like a natural extension for necromancer builds.
  • The skeleton crafting system adds a fun resource management layer—harvesting bones and soul gems gives you something to do with all those corpses.
  • Decent community traction with 61 endorsements and over 11k downloads, so it's been tried and tested by other players.

⚠️ Cons

  • Requires Adamant as a dependency, so if you're not already using that perk overhaul, you'll need to add it to your load order.
  • The mod is specifically for necromancer characters, so it's useless for other playstyles—you'll skip it if you're not raising the dead.
  • Potential compatibility issues with other mods that alter the Conjuration skill tree or add similar skeleton systems, so check for conflicts.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Skyrim players who love necromancer builds and already use Adamant, this mod adds a satisfying skeleton army mechanic with depth. If you're not into conjuration or prefer a different perk overhaul, you can skip it—it's purely a niche addon.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Make sure Adamant is installed and loaded before Pactbinder, and place Pactbinder after Adamant in your load order to ensure the perks integrate correctly.
  • Use the Shift+interact shortcut to harvest bones from corpses—it's faster than looting manually and keeps your inventory clean.
  • If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or MO2, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting issues with other mods.
