Outfit Recognition Framework

Have you ever had your immersion shattered when you're wearing your favourite Witcher or Zelda outfit and NPCs don't bat an eyelid? Or you're prancing around practically naked and they simply don't notice? Now NPCs can comment on all of your fancy clothing and armour mods as well as vanilla items too.

  More Detailed Overview

  Vanilla voiced NPCs (and several unique NPCs) will make comments on what the player is wearing. The comments will vary on a number of factors including the 'personality' of their voice type (for example, the 'Old Grumpy' voices will generally be more negative and the 'Old Kindly' voices will be more friendly), your location, your gender, your race, their race, the NPC's relationship with the player, their profession (Jarls and shopkeepers have specific lines) and most importantly, what you're wearing.

  They will comment on the colour, how revealing it is, if it's too tight, if your skirt is short, if you're showing cleavage, if you're scruffy, if you're wearing a dress, if what you're wearing is inappropriate for the location, if your outfit is from another game, if your outfit is flimsy, sturdy, classy and more.

  The comments may contain some very mild innuendos and some slightly more risqué remarks but there is nothing explicit. The more suggestive comments can be disabled in the MCM. The comments about bras and underwear can also be disabled in the MCM.

  One of the major conditions is the NPC's relationship rank with the player. There are a number of neutral comments where relationship doesn't matter but most are either negative or positive depending on how friendly they are wit
