🎵 OSoundtracks SA Generator Packs
This mod manages different sounds and music for OSTIM. It's simple to use and works like SPID called OSTR (O-Sound-tracks-Rules): just create an INI file and with a WAV file, you can add music, purring sounds for Khajiits, or anything else to OSTIM animations.❤️ Dancing with your partner is also an expression of love. ❤️
Including a set of 7 different icons, in case you start making dances for OSTIM. There's no problem with using them. I'll add more icons as time passes. I'm not very fast with Paint Net.
You will be able to create background music lists or sound packs that activate during events or situations, all configurable from the MCM. You can install all of them and configure everything from the MCM.

I will leave instructions and examples soon on the page. For now, it is here for your use.

INSTALLATION
Just install it. It's an SKSE mod, doesn't contain plugins or scripts, so install it wherever you want.
Compatibility
It's created to be compatible with everything. It's a mod consisting of 2 DLLs: one is the "secretary" that manages the sound list when starting the game, and the other DLL is the "music DJ" that, when detecting an animation that has assigned music, then starts the music. Based on that, both DLLs work together and are compatible with any version of Skyrim in territories. I haven't tested it in VR yet.
He included a new DLL which is responsible for managing the MCM system, allowing updates to be guaranteed in the middle
OSoundtracks Expansion Sounds SA adds music and sound management to OSTIM animations via INI and WAV files, with MCM configuration. Includes 7 icons for dance creation and supports background music lists or event-triggered sound packs. For Skyrim players using OSTIM who want customizable audio.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing with 229 endorsements and over 11k downloads.
- MCM-based configuration means you can tweak everything in-game without touching files.
- Flexible system—drop in WAV files and INI rules to add music, purrs, or whatever fits your scene.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires OSTIM to function, so it's useless if you don't run that framework.
- Only 7 icons included—author admits they're slow with Paint Net, so don't expect a huge icon pack.
- Compatibility risk with other audio mods that touch OSTIM or sound files—test with your load order.
For Skyrim players who use OSTIM and want to add custom music or sounds to animations without scripting. If you're into roleplay or immersive audio, this gives you easy control. Skip if you don't use OSTIM or prefer pre-made sound packs over DIY setups.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure OSTIM is installed and working before adding this mod—it's a hard dependency.
- Use a mod manager like MO2 to install, and check the MCM after loading to configure sound packs.
- Start with one test WAV file to learn the INI syntax before building a full sound pack.
