OPubes NG - NPC Pubes Distributor

OPubes NG is a rewrite and rebuild of the original OPubes mod made by Sairion350. OPubes leverages the OBody API to randomly distribute pubic hair to all female NPCs in the game (and optionally to male NPCs as well). The original mod is very barebones, with no customisation options and even some bugs. OPubes NG provides an MCM to completely customise the mod, fix the bugs present in OPubes, remove the OStim and OSA dependencies, and use the new API from OBody NG for more reliable assignment of pubes.

- Distributes pubes randomly to all female NPCs in the game (and optionally to male NPCs as well).

- Does the distribution without script cloaks, spell effects or polling. By leveraging the very efficient OBody NG and Racemenu API, OPubes NG assigns pubes to the female and male characters in a smart way without impacting your performance.

- Uses external pube packs, so any 2D pube packs can be made to be distributed by OPubes NG.

- OPubes NG ships with an MCM where you can customise its behaviour and characters.

- Smart application rules: Orcs, Bandits and Forsworn will usually have more hairy pubes. Vampires will have higher chances of more stylised pubes. The rest of the characters, the chance of each pubes type is completely configurable in the MCM.

- OPubes NG matches pubes colour to the character's hair colour whenever possible. Note that some pube textures may look darker than the actual hair depending on how dense they are (and also because it's natural for pubes colour to be generally darker than hair colour). Note that lighting and ENB can also affect how the colour looks.

- Hotkey to randomly cycle between pubes for the actor in the crosshair or your player character (default is U key, can be changed in MCM). You can disable this hotkey by setting it
