This mod patches pretty much only the NPCs to Open World Loot. There's nothing more to do, as the weapons are their own archetypes.
The OBIS patch is updated to work with OBIS Loot, and patch some forgotten NPCs as well as Alik'r Enemies. If Ender objects I'll give the file for them to host, but for now this is the definative OBIS patch.
