I really liked the flying books in the Arcanaeum in Magical College of Winterhold and I also missed the magic runes that swirled around the magelights at the college from Immersive College of Winterhold.
So I thought "why not add them in myself?".
Fast forward and here we are. Two simple, ESL-flagged addon files to Obscure's College of Winterhold. Built for OCW v1. 5+.
