📋 About This Mod
First of all, I technically made this as (soft) requirement for (possible) upcoming mod from me.
So, why you would want this?
If you are like me, you still have bunch of vanilla sneak animations, for weapons, shouts, etc.
So what is the issue?
Issue is them not having "interruptible" tag for OAR, so they won't let other OAR animations to replace them on the fly.
Also, they have no blend time, so your character will almost instantly snap to new animations, when transitioning to something else.
Even when you have replaced the sneaking animations, depending on the conditions of the Replacer mods, vanilla animations might sneak thru while transitioning from replacer mod to another.
So this mod just adds vanilla sneaking animations under OAR, with interruptible tag, and with blend times.
So that they work nicer with OAR, and other Replacer mods.
Same as below gifs, but as video.
Before and after:

Example gifs, same as above video, before and after:
You can see in the log vanilla sneak animation, well, sneak in, while transitioning from one submod to another.
Here the vanilla animation that sneaked in, gets instantly interrupted, for smooth transition, from submod to another.
Should work for male and female, they use same animations in base game.
Priority is way on the negative side, so any other OAR Replacer mods you have, should take priority over this.
So should be compatible with everything.
So, grab it if you want. Might have impact for you, or not, safe to install, and remove. As mentioned, made this for soft requirement for another upcoming mod, but can be used as it is.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-tested with 329 endorsements and over 31k downloads
- Lightweight patch that doesn't overhaul animations, just integrates them
- Recently updated (January 2026) so it's likely compatible with current OAR versions
⚠️ Cons
- Description is vague—no specifics on what issues it fixes or how it works
- Requires OAR and possibly other mods to be useful, adding setup complexity
- Potential conflicts with other animation mods that replace sneak animations
For Skyrim players who use Open Animation Replacer and want to ensure vanilla sneak animations work without glitches. If you already have custom sneak animations, this might not be necessary. Skip if you don't use OAR or prefer full animation overhauls.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have Open Animation Replacer installed and enabled before adding this patch.
- If you use other sneak animation mods, load this patch after them to ensure it takes priority.
- Check the mod's video for a visual demonstration of what it does.
