The mod works with both 3BA and BHUNP version of the Nyr Follower Asset Pack. You MUST update to Version 3. 0 of the Asset Pack.
This mod only changes their visuals. It does not change their equipment in any way, besides removing hats and hoods, if any. The Nyr Follower Asset Pack comes with BodySlide, so you can change their bodies to match the ones of your preference. You can also use OBody for added variety, highly recommended!
Easy, download the Required Mods, download this mod, and activate both. That's it.
There are TWO versions of this mod:

[]All-In One Version: Install all 11 characters for you, using a single ESL file. Easier method.
[]FOMOD Version: Allows you to choose which characters you are installing. There are no options, besides installing a character or not. This will have an ESL file for each character and another one for base files - 11 Plugins (All ESL).

What is the RMD Version?
RMD stands for Racial and Muscular Differences. This is the Racial and Muscle Differences mod, it adds specific textures and muscle maps to characters based on their role, weight and race. I think this is awesome. Requires Nyr Follower Asset Pack RMD Version!!!
It may be incompatible with other mods that change the appearance of the same NPCs. You can probably solve it by loading this mod after the other mod, for both the Plugins and the Assets. You can also use EasyNPC to select which characters you want from the replacers you have downloaded.
