📋 About This Mod
Update 2 Jul 26 - Added patch for Skyrim Cut Content
Description
Here presented are two towns on the Northern Coast west of Solitude, consisting of a new versions of Clefj's Weistone and his unpublished Port Amon. I have added new buildings, new NPC's and replaced most of the NPC packages and fiddled about with the interiors as is my want. Weistone has a Manor (now bigger) as a Player Home which is yours if you can find the old Thane, once you have the key visit Broderick and you will get access to the Clocktower underground. You can travel between the two ports on the longboat (activator on the wheel)
Details: Weistone: 11 buildings, a mine, and two undergrounds areas (includes a player home and the towers now have insides). population 29.
Details: Amon: 9 buildings and a mine. Population 29.
Compatibility:
Compatibility:
Patch for Helgen Reborn and Forgotten Dungeons provided, the patches should be after both Northern Towns and Helgen/Forgotten Dungeons in your load order.
Apart from this at present this does not clash with any other mods I am aware of,

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing with 511 endorsements and over 12k downloads.
- Two fully fleshed-out towns with mines, underground areas, and a player home—plenty to explore.
- Patches for Helgen Reborn and Forgotten Dungeons show the author cares about compatibility.
⚠️ Cons
- Only two towns, so if you're looking for a massive world expansion, this might feel small.
- The player home requires finding an old Thane and a key—some players might find that tedious.
- Compatibility with other mods is only 'not aware of clashes'—no guarantee with heavy load orders.
For Skyrim players who enjoy discovering new hand-crafted towns with quest-like elements and a player home. If you're into coastal settlements and want a bit of exploration, this is a nice addition. Skip if you prefer lore-friendly or lore-accurate additions, as these towns are original creations.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or MO2 to install and manage load order easily.
- Place the patches after both Northern Towns and Helgen Reborn/Forgotten Dungeons in your load order.
- If you use other mods that alter Solitude or the northern coast, test for conflicts early.
