Adds a support of Terrain Helper for "legacy" (pre Terrain Helper) Northern Roads retextures. As awesome hakasapl mentioned in post for Complex Parallax Texture for Northern Roads - i removed heightmaps from the northern road plugin TXST records. And that's all. Should be universal for all retextures, that do not have Terrain Helper support.
