Unofficial update for NordicUI Style for Skyrim Together Reborn mod, to make it a little bit more complete.

Some border decorations.
I was also thinking about replacing font, and it's easy to do, but the font I tried felt less readable than the default one.
I also wanted to replace vertical slider, but that seemed more complicated.
Didn't change any UI sounds.
Overall it's still quite an improvement.
