All NPCs will get a spell with health regen effect aplied to nonessential NPCs with not full HP.
In vanilla skyrim nonessential NPCs do not regenerate they health, so if you are using a mod like EVG Conditional Idles, you will see injured NPCs (especially guards) to often.
I have deleted all quests, cloak effects, scripts, unnessesary spells. This mod requieres SPID to work.
100% safe to install and to uninstall.
If you are using original mod, I suggest to go into empty cell without other NPCs, use pcb in console, then save and exit game. Delete old mod and make a clean save, then just install this mod. It is needed cause of recompacted FormIDs, cause now this mod is flagged as ESL and does not count to 255 plugin limit.
