Nocturnal's Favor

This mod adds a new shrine to Nocturnal to Nightingale Hall. It's really a crafting station. For 25,000 gold you can craft a scroll that will allow you to cast a ritual spell once that Raises your skill level of "Nocturnal's Favor" by 20. For an assortment of flawless gems you can craft a scroll that will grant you 1 perk point for the tree.

The tree uses its own perk points not regular ones. That can only be unlocked by offering gems as tribute.

A silver tongue:

Persuasion and Intimidation attempts are 30% more likely to succeed

Aquatic Escape:

You move 25% faster and your stamina regenerates 50% more quickly while swimming.

Avoid the Law:

You take 10% less damage from guards and bribes cost 10% less.

Roof Top Excursions

You jump 10% higher and take 20% less fall damage.

Nocturnal's Grace:

Lock picking and pick pocketing is 10% easier a night time

Adrenalin of a Thief:

You run 10% faster while in combat in cities.

Shadow Hide You:

You are 25% harder to detect while sneaking while in dark spaces.

Mind Tricks:

Illusion spells are 5% more powerful and invisibility spells last 10% longer

As of update 1. 1 it no longer  requires custom skills menu. There is now an item you can craft at Nocturnal's shrine that let you open the menu.
