Removes the new eagle eye cross hair effect.
If you don't like the new eagle eye effect, and you don't want to use the console to remove the perk, then this should help. It replaces the default nifs used for the new eagle eye perk with invisible ones.
The default version removes the crosshair and the laser; there are versions that remove either or.
If you choose to remove only the crosshair, then you might want to change the fArrowTrajectoryScaleBeam setting in the SkyrimVR.ini file to give you a longer laser.
Just extract to Data, or use your favorite mod manager.
