No Fire During The Rain

This mod disables all fire sources in the outer world—such as campfires, giant campfires, fire sconces, torches, and unique fire sources in Solstheim—when it rains outside, for added immersion.

As you probably already know, this mod has the same concept as the popular Rain Extinguished Fire (REF) mod. Using OIF, I aimed to improve upon what the previous mod offered and introduce new features. Here's a breakdown of what this mod includes:

Features:

• []Supports SE, AE, and VR versions, thanks to OIF

  []Lightweight, full SKSE via OIF, no papyrus script at all

  []All fire sources will emit smoke when extinguished by rain

  []The effect is instant—fires go out as soon as the rain starts. The only exception is giant campfires, which extinguish after entering a cell (due to an OIF bug/engine limitation: the OnUpdate event cannot affect giant campfires, so I had to switch to event detach)

  []You can relight extinguished fire sources by activating them or hitting them with a fire spell—but only when it’s not raining

  []The fake light bulbs near the fire sources will also turn off and on in sync with the fires

  []All fire sources will reignite after a while once the rain stops
