This very simple mod disables the teleportation when paying off bounties. Nothing else. Stolen goods will be still removed. Does not affect jails or anything related to the Forsworn quest in Markarth.
The mod only edits 3 vanilla scripts, and it should be compatible with everything. There is no .esp file, just place the contents of the mod to the Data folder.
