I've always found it odd that Netch Leather is a crafting component in Dragonborn, but you can't craft the titular armor. It was especially strange because it would seem as though Netch Leather Armor would be more practical on Solstheim than regular armor due to all the Netches. I have addressed these concerns by utilizing MihailMods' lovely Netch Leather Armor resource and distributing it across Solstheim in a seamless fashion. It should feel like it was a part of the game all along!
