Needled Tundra Shrub Take Two

This is a complete rehash of my original Needled Tundra Shrub mod. I started over completely by taking some new images of a Florida Rosemary branch and working them into a new tundra shrub texture. Since this deviates from the original I decided to post it as a new mod and leave the old mod up. I don't want to make things too confusing by adding too many options on the original mod.

Here are the key differences between this version and the old one:

• []This mod replaces both the texture and meshes for the tundra shrubs. The mesh edits were only for making sure that the texture doesn't clip and to adjust the alpha properties (i.e., transparency around the texture). The geometry was not touched so the mesh edits should not cause any performance issues.

  []The texture has been completely reworked from the ground up from new source images. The colors are smoother. The needles on this version also do not look quite as spiky as the original and there are more needles per branch.

  []I hand worked the mipmaps to prevent the tundra shrubs from getting a white halo around them as you get further away from them.

  []The size of TundraShrub07 and TundraShrub08 was reduced. I did not think they looked as good when they were larger.

  Installation

  • []Choose your desired resolution (available in 1k, 2k, and 4k) and download and install with your mod manager of choice

    []Make sure the textures and meshes from this mod overwrite any conflicting meshes and textures

  • For Shrubs of Snow option, download your desired resolution and merge the Shrubs of Snow meshes and textures with the main files. Let the Shrubs of Snow meshes from this mod overwrite the ones from Shrubs of Snow

    Matching Tundra Grass Option for Cathedral Landscape Users
