Nature of the Wild Lands 3.0 - Tree Replacer Only

The mod's title says it all. I removed all additions of new trees and debris from NotWL and left only the part that replaces vanilla trees.

It was very easy to do, but as I know that most users don't know how to use xEdit, I decided to post this.

Replacement for shrubs and other plants (such as driftwoods and gildergreen) were also maintained.

If you want to revert small plants to vanilla, install THIS MOD.

DO NOT bother fxxkthisworld with questions or issues related to this version.

NotWL doesn't run well on my end unfortunately.

Turning it into a tree replacer gave me 10-12 fps in areas with denser vegetation.

this was my case. Maybe you will gain more or less fps, there is no way to know other than testing.

Obviously much of the beauty of the mod has been lost, but if you're looking for a simplified version of Nature

for modest PC reasons, it's not something you can complain about.

The good news is that you won't need any patches for Nature of the Wild Lands anymore.

Since removing the new trees will make the forests sparse, I've included an additional, optional plugin

that increases the size of most trees to compensate for this.

INSTALLATION:

It's a .esp replacer, just overwrite the one from Nature of the Wild Lands 3. 0 with this one.

I also recommend installing Nature of the Mild Lands to get even more performance.

3D Hybrid LODs still works, but I haven't tested the regional add-on.

This replacer is compatible with Forest Fragments if you also want NotWL Debris.
