📋 About This Mod

Depending on your visual setup and personal preference, you might think the original NOTWL trees are too saturated and bright. Since I am not a fan of vibrant colors myself, I took it upon myself to recolor every texture manually. It was a bit more work than I originally anticipated. These textures are the same resolution as the original mod. Also makes the snow trees a bit brighter and colder.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved (161 endorsements) with a solid download count (7,813).
  • Hand-tuned recolor for players who find the original too vibrant.
  • Keeps original resolution, so no performance hit from higher-res textures.

⚠️ Cons

  • Only changes colors—no new tree models or gameplay tweaks.
  • Requires the original Nature of the Wild Lands mod to work, so it's not standalone.
  • Compatibility risk with other texture overhauls that touch the same tree textures.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Skyrim players who love Nature of the Wild Lands but want a more muted, realistic palette. If you're fine with the original's saturation, you don't need this. Skip if you're looking for new tree shapes or gameplay changes—this is purely a visual tweak.
