📋 About This Mod
NAT - Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel has become my favorite weather mod and I am using it together with Community Shaders for my VR playthroughs.
But the special effects covered by NAT do not seem to work well with this setup or are obsolete due to them being covered by more recently released mods.
You can disable those effects one by one using a special spell from NAT, but I tend to forget this and wonder about strange effects.
What this patch does it changes the default values for those effects so that they are disabled per default. But still can be activated again via the spell. This goes for the following effects:
- Sub-surface scattering
- Dawn & Dusk Natural Lighting
- Wet effects
- Sunlight Variations
- Extra Skylight
- NAT Interiors
- NAT torch
This patch is flagged as esl so does not count into the esp plugin limit.
Install like any other mod.
Let the plugin load after NAT.esp
Please not that this deactivates the NAT effects for new savegames. If you have a savegame where NAT was already loaded without this mod activate all effects were already activated. But you can still deactivate them via the NAT spell.
