Small patch that streamlines Cutting Room Floor additions that conflict with Mysticism by SimonMagus.
- Removes crafting recipes for the Fire, Frost, Shock Rune Staves and the Fade Other Staff because Mysticism has its own version of those. Also removes the corresponding Spell Tomes from vendors to make sure they don't sell them.
- Nerfs the Ring of Khajiit to have an enchMuffleConstantSelf "Muffle" magnitude of 0. 75 instead of 1. 0
- Removes the Cutting Room Floor ritual Restoration spell Circle of Vitality since Mysticism has its own implementation of Ritual spells that differs from vanilla/CRF quite a lot. Two sscripts are included to also revert those back to the USSEP version (CRF edits these scripts to add the Circle of Vitality spell to vendors).
