I'm a big fan of Mrf's Solitude. The colours and the style are so fitting to my playthroughs.
I noticed when installed and not using Parallax I had missing textures on anything related to Thalmor architecture. I tried the fixes suggest by Mrf but no matter what I installed, how I installed it I just couldn't get the textures to work.
This is a quick fix that simply removes the Parallax flags from all the Thalmor architecture which fixed my issue. Maybe I installed the no parallax option wrong but upon checking the existing nifs from that there was still parallax flags enabled.
Simply place this after Mrf's Solitude and let it overwrite.
