Mortar and Pestle - Portable Alchemy
Now you can brew potions and poisons anywhere without the need of an alchemy workbench using a mortar and pestle. You can find this new item at alchemy shops and as a drop from witches and hagravens.
Degradation & Alchemy Penalty
The mortar and pestle can be used only 3 times before it's removed from your inventory. Also, when using this item, the potions that you make will be 25% weaker that making them in a workbench. This is a new incentive to visit alchemy shops, and doesn't make the alchemy workbench irrelevant.
If you don't like these two features, you can toggle the with the console:
; Disables degradation
set eeeMortarPestleDegradation to 0 ;1 or 0. Default is 1
; Disables alchemy penalty
set eeeMortarPestlePenalty to 0 ;1 or 0. Default is 1
