Mihail Storm Golem Crash Fix

All those so called not compatible mods were all changing the strength of the spells in some ways. However, the Storm Cloak spell used by the golem was set to the maximum possible duration, so my guess was, something changed this duration to increase it, resulting in a out of limit number exception (aka a CTD)

I simply tuned down the cloak spell from infinity to 20 min (which should be enough to kill the storm golem several times...)

So now the other mods that modify the strength of NPC spells should be compatible and can increase the duration without risking a out of bounds exception

In my list I tested it with

  []Thaumaturgy

  []Know Your Ennemy 2

  []And 3000+ other mods...

  After this fix, this creature never crashed again

  This means you no longer needs to modify the SPID files from those mods to fix the crashes (that was another way to work around the issue)
