Mehrunes Razor Perk Tree

Using Mehrunes' Razor you can carve yourself into a more Draconic shape. This mod adds a new perk tree to the game. All perks require Mehrunes Razor to be equipped to unlock them. (Note once you have the perk whether or not you have the Razor equipped has no impact on them.) You'll spend normal perk points to unlock the perks.

Accessing the perk tree:

To unlock the perk tree you'll need "Mankar Camorans Lost Grimoire" which can be found in the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon.

Mastery of the Razor:

By studing Mankar Camoran's lost Grimoire. You've gained deep knowledge of the Razor. Allowing you to carve yourself into a more draconic shape. (This perk does nothing. Essentially you have to sacrifice one perk point to unlock the skill tree.)

Draconic shape:

You carve yourself into a more Dragonic shape with the Razor. Your shouts are 10% more powerful and last 10% longer.

Draconic hide:

Your health and armor rating are increase by 25.

Rank 2: Your Health and armor rating are increased by 40. Health regenerates 10% faster.

Draconic  Legs:

Your move 10% faster when sprinting and the armor rating of your boots is increased by 20%.

Rank 2: Stamina regenerates 10% faster and you take 25% less fall damage.

Draconic Arms:

Your unarmed damage is increased by 10. And your gauntlets have 20% greater armor rating.

Rank 2: Blocking is 10% more effective and your carry weight is increased by 10.

Draconic Form:

Dragon Aspect lasts 50% longer and you deal increased critical damage while it is active.

Rank 2: Dragon Aspect lasts 75% longer. Your attacks ignore 20% of armor and your critical damage is further increased when it is active.

Rank 3: Dragon Aspect lasts twice as long. Your power bashes do 50% more damage when it is active.

Inner Frost:

Frost spells do 5% more damage. Frost Breath and Ice Form are 25% more powerful.

Frost Spells do 10% more damage. Frost Breath and Ice Form are 50% more powerful. Your sideways power attacks do Frost damage on hit.
