Meditate - Dragon Souls and Shouts without Main Quest

In order to shout, Vanilla game forces you to start main quest and kill dragons, which I rarely actually end up doing, and end up collecting tons of shouts that I can't use. This mod changes that.

Meditate On Thu'um is a new power in player's Powers menu. The player can only use it once per day, every time you're given a small chance to gain a free dragon soul and increase your speech skill by 1. If the check fails, you're asked to try again later.

The current calculation formula is:

PlayerSpeechcraftValue = akCaster. GetActorValue("Speechcraft") / 1. 5 / akCaster. GetActorValue("ShoutRecoveryMult")

There's a dice roll between 1 and 100. If the value is lower than PlayerSpeechcraftValue, the check passes.

Your chance to gain a soul is based on your Speech skill value divided by 1. 5 and then divided by your Shout Cooldown time(which can be reduced).

Initially you end up with only like 10% chance to gain a soul, but eventually it can scale up to 67% and then further buffed via reduced Shout Cooldown.

The World Integration Plugin:

changes it so instead of being given the Power from the beginning, you'll have to find the spell tome around shrines of Talos, but not the ones in major cities. Or if you have Alternate Start - Live Another Life, right inside the abandoned prison, so you can choose whether to take it or not. There are roughly a dozen of copies in the world.

The current limitations are:

1. If you wait in Kneeled position for longer than 60 seconds, you'll have to jump to exit the animation, because the effect lasts 60 seconds and then the game deletes the invisible Kneel marker.

2. It still says Dragon Soul Absorbed when the player passed the check, I'm planning to make an optional file which changes it to "Thu'um Knowledge Gained"

This mod briefly disables player controls during the animation, generally nothing bad should happen, but use this command if it does:ENABLEPLAYERCONTROLS
